🌿 A Few Things About Me
I’m a nature lover. If I’m not training someone, I’m probably outside breathing in life.
My dog Moon Pie walks me twice a day. (Yes—she walks me, not the other way around.)
I believe every senior should get a dog—it’s the best accountability partner with paws!
I loved to sing and released a motivational CD called “Fearless” as part of my healing journey.
I love traveling and doing small humanitarian work in Jamaica—giving back fuels my soul.

UAMS College of Nursing (Arkansas) – Built my foundation in healing and patient care.
Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Tempe, AZ – Where I learned the healing power of therapeutic massage and bodywork.
Mesa Community College, AZ – Exercise science coursework that taught me practical, real-world movement.
National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) – I completed hands-on 240hr, in-person Master Personal Trainer certification. I walk the walk.
